The crew came around 8 am to begin work. They were very polite and went right to work. After the job was done they picked up all trash left and kindly showed me the pictures of the completed job.

Got an estimate and it turned out my inspection report's mention of loose shingles was just poor installation by home builders and Juan was honest and pointed out there was nothing wrong other than an aesthetic issue. Appreciate the honesty and not trying to get me to fix something that wasn't broken.
